Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:

Responsible for inbound calls from existing clients

Handle calls from status orders, purchasing products, to payment terms

Administrative work accordingly

Communicate with different departments as necessary

Provide EXCELLENT customer service in a timely manner



Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

Post Secondary (nice to have)

1+ yrs of experience in customer service

Fully Bilingual in French and English

Team player and problem solver

Experience with EXCEL a bonus

Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced work environment
