LOCK SEARCH GROUPPOSITION: Inside Sales Executive

LOCATION: Mississauga, ONOur client is a leading edge provider in technology when it comes to Business Management Solutions. They have asked Dana Lamanna of Lock Search Group to assist them in a search for an Inside Sales Executive to add to their growing team in Mississauga, ON.RESPONSIBLITIES:Generate new business opportunities from internal and external sources, including existing clientele through outbound daily cold calling and targeted telephone initiatives Effectively manage and develop relationships with various lead sources Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory Determine prospect needs and fit with offerings; answer questions, present offerings and recommend solutions Maintain database of all prospects and all phases of activities Work effectively and cooperatively with cross-functional teamsREQUIREMENTS:MUST HAVE: Post-secondary Education (preferably in a business-related field) MUST HAVE: Experience in inside sales or a call-center environment; experience in selling to smaller businesses being a strong asset ASSET: Strong knowledge of computer product technology and sales cycles Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally and at all levels Strong prospecting for opportunities with assigned territory and needs analysis skills Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision and in a fast-paced environment Team player and problem solver, with a positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skillsCOMPENSATION:OTE 65-75 (base + commission)If you match the above profile, please apply online.We thank all applicants but only qualified candidates will be contacted.
