Job Description

Base Salary: $40,00050,000 plus commission and benefits 

Are you interested in working for a medium sized private Canadian company where you can use your bilingual French skills to interact with clients, colleagues and suppliers on a daily basis? Are you looking to work for a company that can offer you career growth?  If you said yes to these questions then this is the opportunity that you have been looking for.  Our client in the Kitchener area is looking to hire a Bilingual Inside Account Manager.  This role has come available because of a promotion from within the company due to growth.

Bilingual Inside Account Manager Responsibilities: 

Contact existing clients by phone and email and update key contact information in company files

Investigate unresolved customer service issues and work with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to help resolve those issues

Communicate new product launches, updates and promotions with established clients

Answer clients’ questions about products, pricing and credit terms

Advise distributors of promotions and product updates

Maintain and update client prospect list and work with the sales team to contact and introduce the company to those prospects and send them marketing material

Collect competitive information and strategize with sales and marketing

Participate in budget and forecast preparation as well as sales meetings and training as requested by the manager

Once you are familiar with the product and clients outside sales calls will also be required  

Bilingual Inside Account Manager Requirements: 

Must be fluently bilingual in French and English

Must have 2 plus years’ experience in customers service, sales or sales support

Ideally with experience in an industrial, manufacturing or construction related industry

Excellent communication skills verbally and written

Strong team player

Above average computer skills with Microsoft products
