Position Summary

Reporting to the President, the incumbent is responsible for promoting a respectful team environment and managing team members with open communication and understanding.  They have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the President in running a successful business and lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to each and every customer.

 Major Duties and Responsibilities

 Responsible for supervising location operations ensures locations are in compliance with company standards and requirements.

Perform weekly inventory counts and responsible for ordering all food and supplies and ensuring proper storage of items to ensure a minimum loss from waste 

Oversee the preparation, sales and service of food and participate when required to ensure efficiency and customer service is maintained.

Balance daily cash

Manage all store staff and assign, oversee and evaluate the work of all team members.

Perform staff evaluations and recommend promotions, transfers or terminations when required and provide coaching and direction to store team members.

Plan, identify, communicate and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to team members to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Perform other related duties as assigned.

 Minimum Qualifications and Skills

Strong oral communication is required.  Regular communication with customers, team members and external contacts to address their questions, comments, or resolve any complaints.

Strong problem solving skills required specifically relating to addressing customer queries, employee management issues and the maintenance of equipment.

Significant administrative skills are required as well as moderate analytical reasoning skills to indentify gaps and assess operational needs.

Moderate technical skills would be required to address equipment issues and basic numeric/mathematical skills and computer skills are required.

Previous food industry experience and some supervisory experience is required.
